This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away along a fast-moving river in a gorge. Its location slightly outside the city center of Corte adds to its charm and peacefulness. The hedged garden next to the river is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. The rooms are spacious with good beds and clean bathrooms, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast, although not included, is worth every penny with its delicious variety, including about 5 different cakes.
All was fantastic, nothing to improve.

Lovely gardens and pool in beautiful location by the river. The lunch/bar menu of snacks etc was very handy. Recently refurbished public areas.
The room though very large was above the main aircon unit of the hotel which was very noisy and unable to leave window open. A shame in such a peaceful location. Though hotel appears to be refurbished the rooms furnishings and bedcovers etc are dated.

Everything about Les Jardins de la Glaciere was exceptional. The room was large and clean and the views were magnificent. The breakfast was fantastic and at 10 euro/person, I found it to be a very good value. The location of the property is unique-right in the middle of the mountains, next to the river. If you love nature, this is a wonderful spot to find yourself. You can also walk into the center of Corte which has many wonderful shops and restaurants and cultural choices to explore. The hiking up the gorge de la restonica is breathtaking. I couldn't have hoped for more from a hotel and destination.

Great mountain views from the room and a tasty buffet breakfast were the best aspects of our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location for hiking and walking around the area.
The staff were not very welcoming or helpful during our stay. the room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

The hotel has an excellent location at the very beginning of the Restonica valley. The center of the city is easily accessible by foot. One should however be careful at night - the road in not lit, but this is what one expects from the countryside hotel. The hotel is extremely clean, has all required facilities and I found the staff to be super-friendly and very helpful. Given the location, excellent staff and facilities: private garden, spa, swimming pool and river beach, I found this hotel to be an excellent value for money.

This is one of the best hotels I have stqyed in....ever! It was magnifique! Owners extremely friendly and helpful, très très très gentil; the room like new and extremely clean, the beauty of surrounds magical, facilities all you would want. I cannot speak too highly of this hotel. It was a great pleasure to stay there. It is a little out of the centre of town but within easy walkable distance.

Fantastic location next to the river, beautifully built hotel, heated pool, outside sitting areas, free parking, good breakfast.
Nothing to mention.

The hotel is adjacent to La Restonica river which is beautiful - racing over stones down the gorge. There are natural pools where you can swim. The water temperature in August was more bearable than you would expect. The hotel pool was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can walk into Corte (about 15 mins).
The car parking is very limited and cramped. We stayed for two nights and having managed to get a good position (you want to reverse into one of the three first spaces) we walked into Corte. The hotel does not serve dinner only breakfast and lunch time snacks. It was clear that they had refurbished the hotel very recently and this was done well for the most part, although small things in our room were not finished (bare bulb in the ceiling and hole in the bathroom where the extractor fan should have been). No doubt these omissions will be sorted out soon. Our teenage son was disappointed that the TV remote in his room was missing and they did not manage to replace that during our stay.

Clean, cosy rooms. Perfect breackfast with corsican specialities. Nice staff, speaking english (which is valuable in Corsica). Just in the nature, near the of the mountain stream. On the other hand - 3 min to the Corte.

The 2-star hotel is really gives 3-stars services. The place is wonderfull, especially the garden. We loved the food, the jacuzzi, and the building itself. It is a quiet place, which gives several possibilities for relaxing. The hotel does not have restaurant, but there is a very good one for 5 miuntes walk distance. Marwellous!
The room was small for 4 persons. There was no place for wet towels and bathing suits.

petit dejeuner, elevator, out of town-centre, swimming pool.
Dining room and garden were rented in the weekend for wedding party. Hotel guests in the rooms at the riverside were kept awake untill end of the party at 04.00 a.m. Worst of all : the day after the manager doesn't believe 2 separate complainting guests ; "Je ne vous crois pas, monsieur."

During my Christmas vacation at this hotel, I enjoyed the beautiful location with an amazing swim hole that was perfect for jumping into on a hot day. The German style buffet breakfast offered a vast selection of delicious pastries, cheeses, sausages, and more. The clean and nicely decorated rooms provided a great view of the surroundings and the sound of the river. The hotel's limited staffing, narrow corridors, and impractical features were a disappointment. The garden lacked maintenance, leaving furniture soaked and the place muddy. the hotel has untapped potential and could easily be improved by paying extra attention to better service and menus.

This hotel has a unique location..with the beautiful river close by /great amenities ie. pool /spa . The garden was actual with pleasant places to sit and enjoy the environment. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the walking 50 metres for a fine dining experience was a joy. Breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our visit to Corte.
